Nothing Phone (2) Specifications Revealed Ahead of India Launch, to be Powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Chipset
New Delhi, May 17, 2023: Nothing, the London-based technology company, has revealed the specifications of its upcoming smartphone, the Nothing Phone (2). The phone is expected to be launched in India in the summer of 2023.
The Nothing Phone (2) will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, which is the latest and most powerful mobile processor from Qualcomm. The phone will also have a 6.55-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
In terms of cameras, the Nothing Phone (2) will have a triple-camera setup on the back, consisting of a 50MP main sensor, a 12MP ultrawide sensor, and a 5MP macro sensor. The phone will also have a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
The Nothing Phone (2) will be backed by a 5,000mAh battery and will support fast charging. The phone will also run on Android 13 with NothingOS 1.5 on top.
The Nothing Phone (2) is expected to be priced competitively and will be a major competitor to the likes of the OnePlus 10 Pro and the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.
